All conference fees include scheduled meals/breaks & Wed. evening President's Reception. Day Rates (includes all scheduled meals/snacks for that day): Wednesday: $75 Thursday: $125 Friday: $75 Add late fee of $25 after 2/1/2010. All cancellations by 2/1/2010 are charged a $50 administration fee. No refunds after 2/1/2010. Payment: cash, check, or purchase orders. Credit cards not accepted. Make checks out to: California Placement Association. CPA TAX ID #: 95-3833997 Conference begins at 1 p.m. on March 3 and ends at 2 p.m. on March 5. Attendees are on their own for Wednesday lunch and Thursday dinner. Hotel: $109 plus taxes, single or double, if reservations are made by Feb. 16, 2010. Limited number of rooms in room block so make your reservations early. Call (800) 842-0800 and ask for the CPA rate.
